Eggs                 2

Sugar, packed    1 3/4 cups         425ml

Cooking  oil         1/2   cup           125ml

Vanilla                 1 tsp                5 ml

All-purpose  flour    1  3/4  cups    425ml

Baking powder        1  tsp              5 ml

Baking  soda            1/2  tsp          2 ml

Dried blueberries       1  cup

做法：

Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick and pale. add cooking oil and vanilla . Beat until smooth.

Combin next 3 ingredients in small bowl. add to sugar mixture in 2 additions, mixing well after each addition  until  no dry flour remains.

 Add blueberry, Mix well. Cover. Chill for 1 hour.  Roll into balls, using 1 tbsp dough for each.

 Bake in 180c oven  for about 10 minutes until golden.
